Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

It may take some time for your refund to show up on your statements. Please contact your credit card company and /or bank to if your refund hasn’t been posted yet.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: sales@sanjuanestatechocolates

Chocolate is a very delicate product, as a result we only offer shipping within Trinidad and Tobago. All orders are shipped within 1 to 4 business days depending on the location and amounts ordered.

Standard shipping cost for orders under $300 will incur a $50 shipping fee. We offer Free Shipping with orders over $300 within Trinidad. All shipping fees are final and non-refundable.

We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to addresses that are incorrectly entered by the client at the time of purchase.

We can ship internationally but only on a request basis. Orders placed outside Trinidad and Tobago will be cancelled without a request.

Please send us an email sales@sanjuanestatechocolates to determine if shipping to your international location is possible. We can only ship nonperishable and sealed goods.

We are not responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable or damaged due to customer neglect. If your item is returned due to an incorrect address, we can send it again, however additional shipping cost will be incurred. Refunds will not be offered for items damaged because of address error.
